4-Week Program Overview

Jumpstart U is the perfect routine for anyone new to fitness or looking to get back on track with a workout routine. This 4-week beginner program will introduce you to classes that do not require any equipment and can be done anytime, anywhere. Our goal for you? To help you get moving, find what works best for you, and fall in love with a whole new way to work out!

WEEK 1: Establishing A Routine

Dance and bootcamp, what more could you want? Start off Day 1 by moving with confidence, then learn the importance of a strong core on Day 2!
